Reiki Level I
For anyone looking to focus more on Self-healing, balancing, and strengthening of all internal systems. Reiki teaches you the three important ‘levels’ of the Human Being. Reiki Level I focuses on energetic foundations, how to settle the heart and mind, and introduces meditation and healing energy. This class teaches you to go within and understand your thoughts and feelings as well as discerning what is “yours” and what is “others”.
This course totals 8 hours of class instruction and includes hands-on treatments and a certificate upon completion.
This is a certified course under the Canadian Reiki Association.
