MEDITATIONS
Deeper “8 Count” Breath Work
Description
This is the starting point. Learning to balance and increase breath work through deeper focus. Counting to an '8' level allows the unconscious mind to reach the Soul level of awareness.
Opening Meditation
A guided meditation that takes you through, and opens, your chakra energy system. (Morning, when overwhelmed, when you work with others).
Closing Meditation
A guided meditation that takes you through, and closes your chakra energy system (nighttime, after working with others).
Sacred Space
A foundational must. Creating and maintaining a Sacred Space allows your conscious mind somewhere to rest and feel safe while your unconscious explores its own reality.
Open Heart
A guided meditation that helps you ‘discover’ and connect with your heart and emotions. Creates a new pathway of inner healing.
Higher Self
This meditation is key in accessing your unconscious. It guides you through how to access the ‘most perfect version of yourself’ to increase self-awareness and confidence.
Good Morning
A gentle meditation to awaken your spirit as you start your day.
Night Time
A gentle meditation to soothe and prepare the mind for sleep.
Anxiety Awareness
A guided meditation that helps you identify your anxiety, address what is causing the 'fight or flight' response, and bring balance to it through breath work.
Guide Connection
A guided meditation to connect to a spirit guide or angel. Connection allows a person to strengthen their psychic abilities by working with specific guides. These can include angels, relatives, Ascended Masters, Cosmic beings and other humans that have already existed on Earth the Planet.
Forgiveness
A guided meditation that helps you forgive and bring balance through breath work.
Aspects
"Aspects" refer to the fragmented parts of a person's mind. As we grow, certain challenges or traumas can cause the ego to disassociate from the self. Aspects of the mind are created with each voicing a particular point of view. The Aspect meditation allows you to access and remember the key parts of your mind that are causing internal conflict.
