Self Empowerment Program Please be advised that the Self Empowerment Program registration is now closed. A direct yet gentle approach to self empowerment through self awareness and actualization. This program consists of four classes, expanding a four month period. Each month, students will attend an in-person classroom session (or view online) as well as a live online discussion forum.   The class breakdown is as follows: The Higher Self: Introduction and Foundation Getting Control of the Mind: Aspects and Thought Patterns Self Development: Creating and Practicing Self Acceptance Self Awareness: the Joy of Loving Your Self   Included, along with classes, an online discussion forum and materials, are two one-on-one individual sessions at the beginning and end of the program. Session 1 focuses on personal goals, intentions, and challenges while creating a realistic ‘achievement Plan’ for success. Session 2 reviews which goals were met, what challenges were overcome, and what still needs to be processed for full Empowerment! **Additional counselling support is available with either Heather Nodello or Amber Raymond.
